Pistachio Hot Chocolate
Pistachio hot chocolate is the best of both worlds. From the green slightly salted nuts to the warm chocolate….what's not to love?

- 4 cups Purified Water
- 1 cup Pistachios
- ¼ cup Cocoa butter
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 5 oz. White chocolate
- 3 cups Pistachio milk
- ½ cup Heavy cream
- ¼ tsp Espresso powder
- 2 tspp. Pistachio butter
Pistachio Milk
Soak the pistachios in the purified water overnight.
Transfer the pistachio nuts into a food processor/blender and blend on a high speed for approximately 30-60 seconds. Then add the water and continue to blend for 1-2 minutes.
Pour the liquid into a bowl through layers of cheesecloth or fine-mesh sieve. This process drains the liquid only, leaving behind any large chunks of nuts.
Pour the milk into a bottle and refrigerate until ready for use.
Pistachio Hot Chocolate
Add milk, sugar, espresso powder, and pistachio butter into a medium saucepan. Heat over a medium/medium-low heat, whisking occasionally until warm (but not boiling).
Add in the white chocolate and cocoa butter and whisk constantly until everything melts. Lastly, whisk in the vanilla extract and serve immediately.
