Garden Raspberry Rosé
Garden rosé cocktail is a spring/summer must have drink. Not only is it a gorgeous color, but the taste is sweet and totally brunch or tea time appropriate.

- 4 oz. Sparkling rosé
- 1 oz. St. Germain
- 1 oz. Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ½ oz. Raspberry simple syrup
- ½ cup Organic raspberries
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ Water
Raspberry Simple Syrup
In a saucepan add the raspberries and sugar. Muddle the raspberries into the sugar. Allow the mixture to sit for 30 minutes.
Add half a cup of water and cook until the sugar dissolves. Strain the syrup into an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use. (Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks).
Garden Raspberry Rosé Cocktail
Combine the lemon juice, raspberry simple syrup, and St. Germain into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into coupe glass.
Top with sparkling rosé and garnish with fresh raspberries and dried roses.
