Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine all the seasonings together: kosher salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, fresh ground black pepper, paprika, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and Mexican Oregano. Mix well.
Add the sliced onions, steak, peppers, fresh lime juice, and seasoning to the lined parchment paper. Drizzle the olive oil on top. Then using a pair of tongs toss everything together until the veggies and steak are well coated with the seasoning.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the steak has browned and the peppers are softened.
Serve in warm tortillas topped with your favorite garnishes. Enjoy.
