These Brussels sprouts are warm, crispy, and so darn delicious! Perfect side dish for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs. Brussels sprouts trimmed, halved
  • 3 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Toss the brussels sprouts in olive oil, kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Roast for 35-45 minutes with occasional tossing until brown and crispy.
