Oven Roasted Garlic Broccolini
This dish is simple, delicious, vegan, garlicky, and a whole lot of goodness! Oven roasted garlic broccolini is an amazing side dish for chicken, steak, tofu, etc.

- 1 brunch Broccolini ends trimmed off
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 2 Garlic cloves minced
- ΒΌ tsp Red pepper flakes
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
Trim off any rough ends on the broccolini. Remove the leaves as well.
In a large bowl, mix together the extra virgin olive oil, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Toss the broccolini into the mixture.
Spread out the coated broccolini onto the prepared sheet pan in a single layer (make sure to not overlap the veggies). Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes over the coated broccolini.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the tips appear golden brown and crisp. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
