French Green Beans
French green beans are the elegant and classy sibling of regular green beans. This side dish is packed with flavor and is definitely not a boring old veggie dish.

- 1 lb. French Green Beans organic
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 Shallots peeled and chopped
- 3 Garlic cloves minced
- ½ tsp Kosher salt
- ¼ tsp Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp Butter
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook until tender, approximately 5 minutes. Drain the beans and rinse under cold water.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat, add the shallots and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute or until the shallots appear brown.
Add the green beans, salt, and pepper. Sauté briefly. Squeeze the fresh lemon juice on top before serving.
