Happy Santa Helper Cocktail
The Happy Santa helper is a must have festive holiday cocktail. Vibrant color, delicious spirits, bubbly goodness….what more could you ask for?
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Vodka
- 2 oz. Lemonade
- 2 oz. Blue curacao
- 750 ml Prosecco
- Lime pee garnish
Instructions
- Using a jigger add the vodka, lemonade, and blue curacao to the cocktail shaker. Then, fill it with ice. Cover and shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds or until the outside of the shaker is extremely cold.
- Strain through a cocktail strainer (Hawthorne strainer) into two glasses. Top off the glasses with prosecco. Garnish with a lime peel twist.
