Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. Large shrimp
  • 2 tbsp. Extra virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Kosher salt
  • ½ tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp Onion powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In the meantime, peel and devein the shrimp leaving the tail fully intact. Spread the shrimp onto a large baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and season well with salt, pepper, onion powder, dried parsley, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Make sure the shrimp are in a single layer.
  • Roast the shrimp for 8 to 10 minutes or until pink and firm. Set aside and allow to cool. Enjoy with your favorite sauce!
