This crab dip is everything and a family size bag of chips! From the lump crab meat to the luxurious cheesy heavenly goodness. Our crab dip aims to please and will definitely impress all your guest!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Lump crab meat
  • 6 Garlic cloves roasted and chopped
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp Old Bay
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 6 oz. Cream cheese
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Pepper jack cheese
  • ½ cup Mix blended cheese Monterey jack, Asiago, Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp Mustard powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Hot pepper sauce
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ¼ cup Green onions minced

Instructions
 

  • Roasted Garlic cloves: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Slice off the top of the garlic head and drizzle with olive oil and wrap with aluminum foil. Roast the garlic for 25-30 minutes or until lightly brown and tender.

Crab Dip

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, roasted garlic, mayo, green onions, cheese, salt, pepper, hot sauce, paprika, mustard powder, garlic powder, old bay, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  • Transfer to a quart baking dish. Bake for 25 to 35 at 350 degrees F or until brown and bubbling.
