The Happy Santa helper is a must have festive holiday cocktail. Vibrant color, delicious spirits, bubbly goodness….what more could you ask for?
Winter is coming…Santa needs help…..what do you grab? Well this cocktail of course!
Happy Santa Helper Ingredients
As a person who’s always looking to help out Santa….the question remains are you? Below is the breakdown of the ingredients used in this cocktail.
- Prosecco – Bubbles for ya struggles…the prosecco just livens up this cocktail. It also helps lighten up the the blue liqueur color.
- Vodka – Who’s not a vodka fan? It will genuinely taste like anything you want it to taste like. It’s basically like water, but contains alcohol.
- Blue Curacao – Is an orange liqueur, just artificially colored. I like to think of it as giving the effects of winter/Christmas.
- Lemonade – So far, the ingredients in this cocktail are not vibrant flavor poppin’ goodness. To add that lip smacking/sweetness affect to the cocktail we use lemonade. Not a huge fan of lemonade? Just add fresh lemon juice or another colorless juice beverage of choice.
- Garnish – As a finishing touch garnish with a pop of green or red. Such as a lime peel or peppermint just to name a few.
Lets just say it doesn’t take much to create this amazing cocktail.
Mixing it up…
Since this cocktail is so simple…let’s discuss briefly how you can mix it all up! Are you not a fan of prosecco? Well, switch it to sparkling rose. The color is just an amazing hue of dark blue. Personally I just love the color blue and I hope you do too!
Another switcher up option: If you’re a die hard gin person. Just simply switch out the vodka for gin…boom! New cocktail alert!
